For Registry of Motor Vehicle or Court-related assessments, services are billed at a flat-rate fee. This comprehensive rate covers the clinical interview, a formal Risk of Recidivism assessment, and the completion of all required clinical documentation for your legal or administrative proceedings.
Cancellation & Missed Appointments Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed appointments are subject to a $125 fee. This policy reflects the importance of mutual respect for time and helps support a consistent, reliable therapeutic relationship built on trust and accountability.
