Are you tired of doing the same thing over and over again and getting the same results? If this describes you, then it is time to make a change in your life. I am a Doctor of Behavioral Health who practices from the Cognitive Behavioral theory that if you can change the way that you think then you can change the way that you react and respond to events in your life. I can help you with changing behaviors in your life that are no longer working for you.
I have been in practice for multiple years working with multiple populations, specializing in working with teens and adults. I specialize in areas related to substance abuse, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, conduct/oppositional issues, anger management, and communication in families. If you are looking for a stuffy, up-tight atmosphere, we would not be a good fit for you.
Sessions are now being done in-person at our Mashpee office or via Teletherapy (Video). Feel free to call or email to discuss options that will work best for you. You may call us at 617-877-9594 or email me directly at email@example.com
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common (and uncomfortable) emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger when dealing with traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Counseling can be beneficial to individuals that are dealing with Substance Use Disorders. Our years of experience has demonstrated that individual counseling is an essential part of the recovery process, which typically includes 12-step programming, group therapy, and Medication-Assisted treatment (when applicable and appropriate). We also provide Substance Use Evaluations for the RMV, the Trial Courts of Massachusetts, and all State & Federal Probation departments.
We are excited to introduce Agnes, who will be working with DCS patients as a trained Therapy Dog. She looks forward to meeting you!!!
